CJC-1295 (NO DAC) Peptide
CJC-1295 NO DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to enhance endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion while maintaining physiological pulsatility. Unlike its DAC counterpart, it lacks Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), resulting in a shorter half-life and reduced IGF-1 elevation, minimizing potential side effects (Teichman et al., 2006). Studies suggest its benefits in muscle growth, fat metabolism, and recovery enhancement (Ionescu et al., 2006). By stimulating the GH axis without prolonged stimulation, it offers a potentially safer alternative for GH modulation. Further research is needed to establish its long-term efficacy and safety.
